JOB INVOLVEMENT AND JOB RELEVANT INFORMATION IN MODERATING BUDGETING PARTICIPATION ON BUDGETARY SLACK

Budgetary slack frequently happens in local governments. This can also occur due to indications of individual behavior lowering the income target facilitate achievement government budgets. The purpose study was examine and analyze job involvement relevant information moderating budgetary participation on with empirical regency Sijunjung. sample this research is echelon II, III IV officials Sijunjung Regency. sampling technique use a purposive technique. used studi were 59 respondents. analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) based variance analytical research. results found that has positive significant effect level budget reduction. Job not evidenced moderate reduction while quacy moderation. Suggestions for further should be entire regional apparatus organization (OPD) Regency see preparation process how employee reduce gaps preparation. In participatory budgeting process, must consider factors influence participation, which have an impact slack, such as information.
